A BETTER WAY TO CLEAN
About Us
Susan has been a proud resident of Rockland County for more than 30 years, where she raised her three sons. Being actively involved in her community has always been important to her, and opening a local business was a meaningful step toward giving back. Susan’s youngest son, now 25, is autistic, and through her experiences she recognized that many adults on the spectrum benefit from safe, supportive environments where they can feel included as part of a working community. She is opening the laundromat as a place where individuals on the spectrum are welcome to stop by and volunteer, giving them an opportunity to feel involved, valued, and connected.
Susan envisioned a laundromat that felt different from the typical experience—more welcoming, comfortable, and community-focused, hence the idea of a “lounge.” She hopes to continue expanding that concept by incorporating a café space where customers can relax, socialize, or enjoy a coffee while taking care of their laundry. Susan is deeply grateful for the support she has received from the community and looks forward to making even the most routine chores a little more enjoyable.

Yes!
Is free WiFi available?
Yes! We encourage you to relax and stream on your devices while waiting for your laundry.
Do you handle large or bulky items like comforters or rugs?
Yes! We’re happy to clean large items like comforters, bedding, and similar household pieces using our commercial-grade equipment.
To make sure everything turns out its best, please check care labels and let us know about any special instructions before dropping items off. Because bulky items can vary in fabric, age, and prior use, some normal changes (like slight shrinkage, color variation, or wear from previous use) can happen, and we’re unable to guarantee outcomes related to these factors.
For safety and quality reasons, we may not be able to accept items that are heavily soiled, rubber-backed, or missing care labels unless approved ahead of time.
